This agreement is between the visitor, collector, or reader and the fictional Republic of Poyais as represented by Visit Poyais, a historical satire and creative fiction project.

Purpose

Ceremonial residency

The purpose is to provide a polished novelty residency dossier, archive-style orientation, and founder-mythology experience. It does not create residence, citizenship, visa rights, tax status, title, land interest, bank access, corporate status, or government recognition.

Acknowledgements

Required acknowledgements

The participant acknowledges that Poyais is not a real country, government, travel destination, visa authority, bank, currency issuer, investment jurisdiction, or land registry.

What may be provided

A ceremonial certificate, guidebook notes, route suggestions, map references, collector-note previews, and archive-style correspondence may be generated for entertainment, design, and historical-satire purposes.
